1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or utilizing the AI ATS candidate intelligence and resume parsing services provided on Smart HR (https://smarthr.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Service Description & SaaS Products

Smart HR provides an enterprise-grade Applicant Tracking System (ATS), AI Resume Parser, Scoring Engine, and Team Recruiter Quota Management system. All services, subscription tiers, and scan credits are priced and billed in Indian Rupees (INR &inr;) through authorized Indian payment gateway providers including Cashfree.

3. Account Registration & Organization Security

Users must provide accurate, verified company and contact information during signup. Managers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities occurring under their team's workspace.

4. Subscriptions, Validity & Payments (INR)

• All subscription plans (Monthly Starter, Recruiter Pro, Agency Scale) and top-up credit packs are billed in INR (&inr;) as indicated on our pricing portal.
• Subscription validity is granted according to the selected billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly).
• Credit usage occurs on a per-resume parsed basis. Unused credits remain valid during active subscription periods.

5. Data Ownership & Fair Usage

All resume documents, job descriptions, and candidate records uploaded by clients remain the exclusive property of the client. Smart HR processes data strictly for parsing, extraction, and ranking according to client directives.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
